The commitments

  Honest identity and eligibility

  I register under my own full legal name, I am at least 18 years old, and I do not create or use an account on behalf of another person.

  Examination integrity

  I sit the examination myself, without unauthorized assistance or prohibited materials, and I do not copy, record, share, or republish examination items or answers.

  Accurate description of the credential

  I describe the credential as an educational credential. I do not describe myself as licensed, accredited, government-approved, FDA-authorized, or permitted to administer any material to a person or an animal.

  No use of the credential to sell or endorse

  I do not use the credential, the Foundation name, or any Foundation mark to promote a product, a seller, or a service, or to imply that the Foundation certifies, verifies, or endorses either.

  No human or veterinary use guidance

  I do not present Foundation material as support for administering research-use-only material to a person or an animal, and I do not ask Foundation staff or instructors for dosing or administration guidance.

  Lawful conduct

  I understand that the credential does not make any activity lawful, and that responsibility for the legality of my own acquisition, handling, and disposal of material is mine alone.

  Honest documentation

  I do not fabricate results, alter laboratory documents, or represent speculation as established fact in work I attribute to Foundation training.

  Safety reporting

  If I become aware of a credible safety problem, a fabricated certificate of analysis, or misuse of a Foundation credential, I report it through the contact page.

  Respect for other candidates and staff

  I engage in live classes, appeals, and correspondence without harassment, threats, or discriminatory conduct.

• 10

  Program limits acknowledged

  I acknowledge that the program is not exhaustive. It cannot cover every material, method, hazard, or legal requirement, and additional research, professional guidance, and precautions remain my responsibility.

Enforcement

Reported breaches are reviewed in writing. Possible outcomes are a written caution, a voided sitting, suspension, or revocation of a credential. A decision may be appealed in writing through the contact page. Revocation ends the credential and any private verification link stops resolving.
