Questions about the program, offers to review curriculum, board interest, partnership proposals, and safety reports all reach the same desk. The form below is the fastest way to reach the Foundation while domain mail is being provisioned.
Response times
- General and partnership inquiries: three business days
- Safety reports about a product or a seller: read the same business day
- Privacy requests, including deletion of your account and records: within thirty days, usually much sooner
Every message reaches the same monitored queue, so choosing the right topic only helps us route it. A safety report describing an immediate medical emergency should go to emergency services, not to this Foundation.
Other ways to reach us
Named addresses such as info@, certification@, safety@, and privacy@ will be published here once domain mail is provisioned and monitored. Until then they are deliberately not listed, because an address nobody reads is worse than no address at all. If you need a written trail, note in your message that you would like a reply by email and we will respond from the Foundation's mailbox once it is live.
Certified holders and candidates can also reach us from inside the candidate portal, where your record is already identified.
