How claims are labeled

Every statement in Foundation material is placed in one of four tiers, so a reader can tell what is known from what is hoped.

Established evidence

Replicated results in appropriate systems, published in peer-reviewed literature, with the limitations of the studies stated.

Preliminary research

Early, small, single-study, or in vitro and animal findings that have not been replicated or extended to people.

Speculation

Mechanistic reasoning or extrapolation that is plausible but untested. Useful for framing questions, not for conclusions.

Unsupported claims

Marketing language, anecdote, and testimonial. Labeled as unsupported wherever it appears in Foundation material.

What the education does not cover

No dosing, no protocols for administration to humans or animals, no sourcing advice, and no guidance on personal use. Questions in that direction are answered by pointing at the legal and regulatory page.

Live sessions and the credential

Short live classes run alongside the written material, and the certification examination is built from the same curriculum.
